How do I plan a trip from a post?

Why does PeakStop ask for "Always" location?

Live location on shared trips keeps broadcasting while your screen is locked during an active drive, so your group can see where you are. It only runs while you’re navigating a trip you started, and stops when navigation ends.

A friend joined my trip but I can’t see their dot.

They likely joined on the web, or granted "While Using" instead of "Always" location. Have them install the iOS app and set location to Always — the dot appears during active navigation.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: tap the account button (your initial, top of the map screen) → Delete account. On the web: My Trips → Delete Account. It’s immediate and permanent.
